When the president of our company, which is engaged in international trade, went to Busan, Korea for urgent reasons during a period when plane tickets could not be obtained, he used a Beetle and Kameria for the first time in a long time, and in conversation with the passengers, he realized the inconvenience and need for rental cars. After conducting research from December last year to March, and receiving opinions and cooperation from the Hakata Port International Terminal management personnel and automobile dealerships, we were able to obtain a rental car license, arrange for a vehicle, obtain permission to use the facilities, and secure a parking space in April.

The Hakata Port International Terminal store aims to provide door-to-door, one-stop service to those using the terminal, especially those coming from Korea.

Thanks to the manager's language skills, we are able to provide careful hospitality not only in Japanese but also in Korean and Chinese.

The reception counter is on the first floor, and we provide on-site service.

In cooperation with the manufacturer, the navigation system now comes in a range of languages, including Korean, Chinese, and English, in addition to Japanese.
